Is there a reason why you aren't downloading it then ftping it to your E:\Apps folder instead?

wait until you get your FTP all set up. Your Xbox is modded right?
If so another way is to download Slayer Auto Installer
or AID 3.0 (Auto Installer Deluxe)
these auto installers come with DVD2Xbox and many other great things.
Once burned to a DVD-R you can stick it in a modded Xbox, press reset, then the disc should boot up. Then from there you can install all it's apps and stuff in a few easy steps. No FTP needed.

No problem, you'll love all the stuff it installs for you. Then if you get AID 3.0 you should be pretty up to date, with Slayer 2.6 (depending on who it is from) you may have to manually update some programs like XBMC and DVD2Xbox
and use the update feature on some dashboards to update those as after the install you will have at least 4 of them to play with.
