Thought this was meant to be free!...Installed it yeserday and today got a message sayimg my 30 day trial was up and redirected to me a site where could buy some software from 40 - 70 bucks.....whats that all about??
its a real bummer because it worked perfectly the first time!.....its just occurred to me it may be some adware that knows you've got it?!.....must run my adware scanner!
I am experiencing the same problem with DVD43, and the message about a 30 day trial expiring. It worked fine initially, but now everytime I boot up XP, I get this message as the app tries to load in the system tray. I've uninstalled DVD43 and re-installed it several times, but still get the same error message. If anyone has any additional information about what is causing this issue (another program that needs to be uninstalled), or what I could do to resolve it, it would be much appreciated!! Thanks!!!
Hey guys. Take a look at dvd43 homepage http://www.dvd43.com/ This should answer your queries. looks like you have a fake copy. Hope this helps Buzz.
That looks nasty. I've not done this before so I'll try again now I've read the rules! Website is http://www.dvd43.com see if thats any better.
guys.. this is what the official dvd43 website says: BEWARE: There is another version of DVD43 in circulation (ver 2) that is NOT FREE and expires after 30 days - it stops working and points you to a website to buy a third party product. web address- http://dvd43.com/ so, even if ver2.0.0.7.1 is the latest, and moreover doesn't require the extra download of Patin-Couffin drivers etc etc., i think ver1.4 is the best bet for seamless functioning. Of course, any comments are welcome thanks
thanks very much for that my firend. shame that this site (after dawn) only links to the new version but doesn't warn you about the 30 day trial...which actuallt only lasts one day!....thanks again..off to try new link.
buzz.spam, to get the link looking right, edit your post(you don't have to change anything), click save changes. It should look normal then.
DVD43 is free if you get it from the official web site. There is also a warning on the site about a pay version, go read. http://www.dvd43.com/ _X_X_X_X_X_[small]"Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth."
