DVD43 not working

    I have been playing DVDs happily after following instructions on this site and uploading DVD43 (i changed the region on my computer too many times!)

    but now its just stopped working! i have a DVD in the drive, and its not detected.

    please help

    Might be crappy discs. What brand are you using?

    yep! i just tried it with a proper DVD and it worked. the others were free from the Daily Mail - go figure!

    I have been having trouble copying CDs too. Could that be for the same reason?
