    I can't get this program deleted from my Windows XP.
    It says close all instances running but everything I have found so far says ACCESS DENNIED.
    cAN ANYONE HELP?

    Are you getting access denied when you try to delete the file? Try going into safe mode "Administrator". If you are using the administrator account as the main one then your goofed up. In the Administrator log in you should be able to delete those files.
