I just purchased and installed DVDClonerIII.Seems to be a mistake.
I cannot get the radio button the allows you to remove unwanted audio such as French, Spanish , etc. No matter what mode I choose, it will not allow me to open this controller. Any suggestions?

Also if I want to get my money back on this software, has anyone had any success doing so?

@CodyBoy, I had Cloner II, and used it in the beginning, but found AD and learned a great deal about the best program in quality and time...I quickly went to Rebuilder Pro/CCE Basic for those backup jobs that require a great deal of compression and use recode 2 and CloneDvd 2 all the time. Great quality and ease. I would go to the Dvd Cloner III web site and see what would be needed to get a refund. I have perhaps a dozen or more program and stick primarily between three: Rebuilder Pro, Recode 2, and CloneDvd2 (updated regularly which is great!). Hang in there and read the posts and you will learn as we all have about what works and doesn't. Stick with great media as well.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have had zero success with getting this product to work. I am proficient in computer software and nothing I have tried has allowed me to make this work. I requested a refund of my purchase amount on this product from the company and to know surprise, I got a pasty reply of "no". Heads up to anyone who is considering this product.

    Hi Tim,
Please read the entire email. Unfortunately we will be unable to refund your money on the Download products. We do not refund on Download products. Here is a link to our privacy policy regarding returns for download products. http://www.hermanstreet.com/store/return-policy.html For Technical Support questions you will need to contact DVD Cloner directly. You may contact them at Support@DVD-Cloner.com. They will be able to help you with all types of Technical Support concerns.

If you have contacted them and they are still unable to help you with your problem I will need you to copy and paste that communication information from DVD Cloner to me so that we can verify you have worked with DVD Cloner on this issue. At this point we will reconsider a refund request for you. If you just need some help on the programs functionality and the features here is a link to a quick tutorial of the product itself http://www.hermanstreet.com/store/media/cloner-producttour/intro.html
If there is anything else that I can help you with please let me know. Thanks have a good day.

I hate these creepozoids! Did you pay them via credit card? Only buy via credit card when you buy online. Pay your CC company the nominal fee for fraud and identity theft protection, it's worth it! That way you can have your CC company reverse the charge based on illegitimate product claims and falsly representing their product by using the good name of the real CloneDVD made by Elby.

And in this case, the F*ckers are in China ... so what are they gonna do to fight it? Stick it to them if you can. Also note that they don't list the main company's developement location as China on their web page, the slimy creeps! They only identify their off shore distribution-fronts. This should be a lesson for your future web ordering: Never fork out money when you don't know the location-base of the main company. Mainland Chinese companies don't have business ethics acceptable to the rest of the world and unethical companies can continue to operate with impunity because they pay off the red bastard communist officials. The business world on the mainland is a strange brew of Party approved, graft saturated, counterfiet/copy&patent-right infringing, Wild, Wild West, Laissez Faire Capitolism. I won't do business with them and I also remember Tienamen Square! Of course this is not true of Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and of course our Chinese-American and Canadian cousins.

    TO Whisperer:

Hi, did you get ripped off when you bough DVD CLONER3?

don't stereotype- 95% of stuff wouldn't be in the U.S if it wasn't for China's "poor bussiness ethics"...

Hello all I to have bought dvd cloner but I bought dvd cloner II, and they sent me an email saying that they had come out with version 3 and I could download it for free, well I will never buy dvd cloner agian I have had so many probs with it, I have email support dozens of times, as they do responed, they have not been helpful at all, and now they are wanting me to buy there so called version three that they say works right! They have even went as far as to tell me to use other software in conjuction with dvd cloner to copy the dvd. The bad part is that I was going to buy cloneDVD first but did not, I will say this, I'm sorry to cloneDVD I wish I would have listened to my guts.

Guys you are confusing two different products.

[bold]CloneDVD 3[/bold] (Rip off of Slysoft’s CloneDVD) Here is their Website http://www.clonedvd.net/

    And

[bold]DVD Cloner 3[/bold] (actually good software that I use myself) Here is their website http://www.dvd-cloner.com/ They also offer a game copy program, but it isn’t anywhere near the level of alcohol 120 or CloneCD.

Both of these companies originated in China, however, DVD Cloner 3 has several resellers in the United Stated that are respectable. Just to assume these two products are the same because they both originated in china is the same as saying that McAfee and Norton are the same because they originated from the United Stated. They have similar names because everyone is aware of naming products with proper Keyword demand.

The latest news is, I did get my refund on the DVD Cloner purchase from Herman Street. It took persistance on my part to get it, but
it was justified and I kept emailing constantly until someone listend to me.

Since then, I purchased Nero and use it in combination with DVD Shrink to do the job. I have been able to back up almost all my DVD's with the exception of one or two that fail everytime.

Thanks for all your support and comments.

I downloaded clonedvd and anydvd, and I really like them, the thing is that I go to clonedvd.com, and then clondvd.net and it is two different softwares, whats up with that!, anyway I think that it's good software but the only prob is you have to buy both with will cost about 60+ dollars, if it works try dvd43, same as anydvd they are slow with updates but when updated it works just as good.
