Hi all, Newbie here... I realize there is probably a thread about it here(i am looking as i write this)i have been using decrypter and shrink and have made some awesome backups. But there seems to be an ongoing theme with the movie Robots as decrypter freezes whenever i try to rip it and shrink was taking forrrrrrever to do anything.So my question is what is another good combo of programs to make this backup work??? P.S.dercrypter and shrink have worked perfect so far.. And whats up with that imgburn program is it for real?? Thanx
I did this movie and there is not special protection on the movie that would cause problems for Decrypter or Shrink, which is what I used. Check and make sure your drives are set to DMA mode, here is a guide. http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/checking DMA.pdf You can also try the free ripping program DVD Fab Decrypter available at http://www.filepedia.com. Or the 21 day trial versions of AnyDVD and CloneDVD available at http://www.slysoft.com If you are still having problems clean your disk or take it back for another original. As for ImgBurn, it looks and sounds like LUK and it is a tweaked ver of the burning program in Decrypter. http://www.imgburn.com/
