DVDFab 5 to iPod Classic error

    Hi Everyone,

    I downloaded DVDFab 5 and used the mobile to iPod option to create a movie. It automatically selected the main movie and just the English soundtrack. The created mpg4 file played fine in iTunes. It would not transfer over to the iPod. It gave an incompatibility error.

    The iPod is only a couple of months old, I think it is the 120gb and will play videos downloaded in iTunes. It just doesn't like the ones created in DVDFab. I have the latest version # 5.0.9.0.

    yea the problem your having is the resolusion was set to high look at the pics below to corrected, i have use dvd fab succesfully

    Thanks. I ended up switching to AnyDVD and CloneDVD Mobile. It is more expensive but a bit faster. Also, DVDFab started having a problem to where the the video would not preview in the little window when trying to select the title or rip it.

    Interesting, I have used Defab off an on to make videos without one problem 15-20 (movies). However, I have yet to make on using 5.
