Did you upgrade to the dvdfab platinum? I believe dvdfab mobile is now a seperate option. Those of us who purchased dvdfab platinum before version 5 still have the mobile option integrated together.

Strange, as on mine, it just shows 'Dvd To Mobile' with down pointing arrows. When I click on the arrows, the mobile option opens up. I have had dvdfab for almost 18 months now. Last resort I can think of is to go to the dvdfab site and download the mobile option. That may work.

Go to the blue question mark icon on the upper right hand side of the interface. Click it, then click About.

It should show your registered version, and the mobile option.

    Platinum - never expire
Mobile Option - never expire or something like that. I am not at my home pc to view it. :)

I have the latest DVDFab Platinum Edition with mobile option.

When I click the DVD to Mobile tab, all that shows is:

    "Generic"
    "iPod/iPhone"
    &
    "PSP"

I was wanting everything else that comes with it, especially the XBOX 360 option.

    Can anybody help me out???

I just checked mine, and it shows all the options there. Don't know why it doesn't show it on yours.

I feel so dumb... ha ha

I figured it out as soon as I wrote on here.

You have to manually add it in the preferences for some reason.
