DVDfab error Help Please

    Hi guys , A little help with dvdfab Please, I have just purchased a LG BH10 writer and I have tried dvdfab 7.0.3.0 and 8.0.0.2 and they both stop approx quarter way through reading the disk and error out , They just state that the software has had to close please fill in your details and send. Any help would be appreciated , Thank You. If any one knows of any other software I can try for straight ripping of blu-ray please let me know and I can have a look ,I am looking to copy blu-ray on to 25 gig disk.
