How come the FREE version DvdFab HD Decrypter rips faster than the paid version DvdFab Platinum. I tested em both with same dvd and DvdFab HD Decrypter won.
faster doesn't mean better! DVDFab Platinum is the better program. How did you perform your test..... just used the freeware to rip and the Fab Plat to rip and burn?? what did you do exactly and how much of a difference was it?
I selected dvd 9 in the full disc mode and just ripped no burning. DvdFab HD Decrypter did it in half the time that DvdFab Platinum did.
Looks like Platinum is doing twice the task...even though it is ripping it is encoding at the same time which will take longer than simply ripping alone with HD Decrypter.
