DVDFab Platinum 53% stuck in burning phase

    I have tried to backup the following DVD
    Transformers
    Across the Universe
    King Kong

    I chose custom to copy only the main movie, it create the imageon hte HD then starts burning to disk at approx 53% the process fails. I'm using Sony DVD+R DL 8.5Gb disk. burning speed at 2x. I have made several coasters

    Does anyone have any similar experinces or answers?

    Is there a forum dedicated to this DVDFab?

    will your burner work with a dvd-5 Single Layer blank?

    make sure your burner has the most up to date firmware check here

    or try using Verbatim DVD+R DL instead
