What program is better to use to rip a movie? Does one program have advantages over the other? Dvdfab looks much different then the last time I used it (have not made any backups lately) does it burn the discs now? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank You

Both program are good. It's also good to have both and keep them updated. Try both of them and choose which one you want to use. Every one has their own preferences. When it comes to DVD backups, it's a good idea to have a great arsenal at your disposal.

Both of them are FREE and good to their own -- in additin, both frequently updates just to handle any new released out there, so it's wise to have them both.

However, DVDFab Decrypter is just a few minutes faster that's all. I recommend everyone to get them both, especially those that prefer FREE tools (rippers).

Been using both for ages and I've never come across any movie/DVD that I can not rip or backup.

    Best of luck!!
