the video and the audio doesnt match up. the audio is delayed and not on time with the video. how can i correct it?
This is not an uncommon problem with conversions. Sometimes needed timestamps are missing in the original AVI files that allow the audio and visual to keep in sync. Sometimes it's just the particular program. Redoing with the same program can sometimes provide a different result. You might try a different program like ConvertXtoDVD and see if the same out-of-sync results occur. If so, the original files are probably the cause. There's also AVI2DVD, the free version. http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/ http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/avi2dvd.cfm One way to avoid conversion is to purchase a DVD player that also plays divx-like files like those found in AVI containers. The playback picture quality will be the same if not better than the post-conversion quality.
