After burning quite a few DVD's now a problem crops up. Using DVDFlick all goes OK encoding etc until Imgburn starts to burn. After about 3mins it stops and the disc is ejected. Did this three times for the same film. Other DVD after it burned OK. Any ideas?

    Locate the Imgburn folder

    C:\Program Files\DVD Flick\imgburn

    Open it and run Imgburn.

Top menu, 'Help' > 'Imgburn logs'
If you can copy the part referring to the last failed burn and paste it here, it may help.

In DVD flick, set the burning speed to a moderate setting and make sure you are using good media.
    Verbatim brand is good.

Nothing of value - what brand of disks and what speed are you setting for burning.

Run ImgBurn from its folder (C:\Program Files\DVD Flick\Imgburn) and burn the VIDEO_TS folder that was output by DVD Flick;see if it makes a difference.
