I currently use Flick to convert my .avi's onto a watchable dvd. Problem is 90 percent of the time I run into some kind of error at the end of the process. For some reason, it wont burn, so I usually use Nero or Imgburn to manually burn the video files without problem. I want to stress that usually the video files are fine, I just have to manually burn them. The most recent I tried however there is a delay in the sound on the final dvd. I checked the original video, and the timing is fine, so im assuming its an error that DVDFLick had. Can anyone help? If necessary I can re-run the process to post the error I get! thank you!
i usually run it on high priority and no one uses the computer whiles its running. burn speed is set at best
Hi, when I use dvd flick to convert an avi, I use it just to convert to dvd. Then I use dvd shrink to create the iso for Imgburn to burn to disc. Comes out fine. Jo
I'm fairly obsessive when it comes to previewing everything before i burn it to a disc. When i use Dvd Flick i set it up to create an iso, that i preview then simply open Imgburn and burn it. Make sure that you're encoding video the priority is set at above normal, if not High in the general tab. Set the Video encoding to Best. Then in the Burning tab, tic the box for Create ISO. Then just walk away and leave it to do it's thing. When done, preview the file to make sure it's what you want, then open Imgburn and burn away.
