DVDInfoPro Reports all kinds of errors???

Hey

I just did my first "Error Test" and "Speed Test" on a DVD I copied, to find error galore, in fact I had to stop the error test as it was just repeating the same error as I have shown in the log below.

What would cause these? Why does it seem to play fine when watching it yet all these errors exist?

Should I return the media, this is the 100 spindle KODAK DVD-R spindle from Futureshop, it comes up as being "Vanguard" media?!?!
