    I have donated and downloaded the latest vs. of DvdInfoPro. It downloads properly. I entered the serial number that was given to me when I donated.
    PROBLEM: When I click on the shortcut the original screen comes on the screen and is completely blank. Nothing is displayed except the title line of the webpage.

    The screen will not close out. I have to turn the power off on my computer to get it to close.

    Does anyone know what the problem could be and how to solve it?
