    Does this happen to anybody else?

    After burning a backup,if you check it with DVDINFOPRO in the same drive as you burnt it with,you get a box come up saying DISK APPEARS TO BE EMPTY.

    If you then put it in another drive it will then scan ok.

    Hope this is in the right forum and not been asked before.

    Hi there,

    Try VSO Inspector v1.1 --> http://www.vso-software.fr/

    See what he says, and it would eleminate DVDInfoPro in case it's a problem WITH DvdInfoPro !

    Good Luck !

    I haven't used DVDInfopro for a while. I have the latest version, checked it and it does as pointed out. It reads the recorded DVD as a blank in the burner drive. I can read the DVD from the ROM, so it's not an issue of not reading or being able to test the DVD. I don't remember if it was this way before or not. I think I'll check the version in Roxio and see if it does the same.

    It`s not a major prob.Only as we seem to be getting lazier by the minute, I thought I could save energy putting the backup into another drive....lol.And was curious why it does it.

    Have downloaded Inspecter whattsit and will try it on my next backup..Cheers guys.
