OK, Here's the problem. I use DVDlab Pro v1.0 to make my tv show dvd's. I add chapters to the video's at intervals of every 4 minutes. Tehn I link the episodes together so one will play right after the other. then I make the menu and I then finish authoring the dvd. When I play it on my dvd player hitting forward skip works, taking me to the next chapter. But when I hit reverse skip, and rewind/reverse to go backwards and previous chapters it skips me all the way back to the beginning of the dvd. Not to the menu, but to the begginning of the video. Anyone know a solution to this? Anything I need to set in the prograqm itself? It's driving me nuts because it's happeneing on all the dvd's I make with dvdlab pro.
Do as vurbal suggested. When you select a button (on the Menu screen) there are little drop-down boxes that are the navigation links. The default is back to the beginning. Check those and link it to where you need. Or you could right click the button and do the same thing.
That's not what I meant. Not during the menu creation. It's when you're watching the dvd, and you skip ahead to the next chapter using the remote on the dvd player. On the dvd's made with dvdlab when I hit the button to go back to the previous scene or chapter the movie gets reset all the way back to the beginning. Doesn't happen with the dvd's made with tmpgenc proggies, or dvdsanta, or any other program. Just dvdlab pro made dvd's are giving me this problem.
