I've finally got all my encoding figured out after weeks of mucking around, so at last that isn't the problem. Ok, I'm encoding my videos to 352x240, and to work with DVD lab am making the audio 48000khz. So, might as well mention it while I'm here, it's convinced that the aspect ratio ISN'T 4:3. It still accepts it with a warning, so I guess it's not too important, just irritating. Ok, so, testing the mpeg file in media player, it works fine, and the sound is crystal clear. After I tell DVD lab to compile the DVD, it does, it comes out fine and working, except for an annoying high pitch sound in the background. Can anyone tell me what's causing the high pitch noise or how to fix it? I can post a sound clip of it too if you don't understand what I mean. Thanks for any help guys
The sound clip can wait. *_* You may try encode with another program (e.g VSO, DVDSanta) first to see if things are better: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/vso_divxtodvd_free.cfm Good luck!
