hi my dvdrw tray wont open or play any disc the only way i can open it is manually using a pin in the tiny hole on the front of it once tray has no disc in it will open and close properlly but as soon as i put a disc in it wont open or my pc wont read disc so i have to open it manually again ive tried all types of disc including new blank and old ones please help thanx
check you're connections on back of the drive to make sure its plugged in right or try uninstalling in device manager reboot and let windows reinstall the drive the drive may be or already is worn out/bad
