DVDS not reading after using convert x

    The program goes through all the motions but it just does not take. i put the disc in the dvd player and it takes it forever to read if it does read it. neither of my computers read the disc. they read it as blank. this just started a couple of weeks ago. i have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same results. Any advice please

    Instead of burning the disk with Convertx, check the output files (in the folder that it saves the output) and make sure they play ok.
    If the files are ok, use ImgBurn to burn the 'VIDEO_TS' folder to disk.
    If the burn indicates no problems - but the disk does not play on the PC - post the log from ImgBurn ('Help' > 'ImgBurn logs').
