I have been copying movies for awhile now, using AnyDVD and DVDShrink with no problems on my XP machine. Bought a new machine with Vista. Loaded AnyDVD and DVDShrink. Started to copy and everything worked fine. Except one small problem the DVDs won't play in my player. They play fine on the computer but won't anywhere else. Any Suggestions? Help!

I have a Samsung DVD player and it won't play anything but store bought DVD's. I had a Panasonic DVR that stop playing back ups and then it just stop playing.

That's vista for you.. try a different burning program..

I had a lot of success with dvd-flick and imgburn on vista.

Try ImgBurn and booktype to DVD-ROM if your burner supports it. Or stick with the -R format as they are more widely compatible with standalones...so they say.
