i have just finished reading a guide an article on How to Convert multiple files types to DVD with DVDSanta. i downloaded it, it sounded so easy as get a movie off the net an b wachen on tv in no time! only thing is the article part on audio & video delay wasnt really broken down on how to set, so i lef it as it was .. 0 in audio delay an 0 in video delay rushed off to play the dvd after buring thinking i got it all suzzed my first made dvd only to discover the voices an sound is well out of sinc, can enyone help me out on these settings who has dvdsanta?, the movie file plays in time an sinc on comp in media player it was just after joining them an burnning threw santa things changed an went all out of sinc. i used (Avi mpg rm wmv joiner) to join the 2 files. Eny input to this will be greatfull thanks
Audio Delay and Video Delay let you set start-up delays in milliseconds for the audio and video streams. This can help with "some" sync issues... Can sumone break this down for me plz?
roughly 1 second is 2000 ms It's best to use a RW disc, if the sound is behind drag the movie back, and the opposite if the sound is ahead. best of luck

LOL sorry mate I only used it once months ago to sort out a synch problem click on the advanced setting tab {bottom right} and the synch options come up. regards gringle
yep thanks but thats the part i dont understand how would i know what to put in audio delay and video delay i wouldent have a clue... tys enyways
Enter your dvd, adjust the sycnch and then run your DVD through the program onto RW disc, check it afterwards and adjust and repeat, if needed. best of luck gringle
Its a video file i have got off the net trying to burn to dvd it worked threw santa just trying to get the audio ab vid in sinc ill have a play around with it put sum nubers in audio an video delay box an see what happens
