DVDShrink encoding...

    when can you tell a difference in quality when encoding with DVD Shrink? is it real bad at level 1? can you even tell a difference at level 1? thanks in advance!

    You can't tell until the disc is burnt. However level 1 is fine and you will not notice any difference to the original. As a general rule I will shrink anything up to 35% (level 7) with the new DVDShrink as it's much improved and don't really notice much difference until 40% (level 8).

    Discmania is right, however, if it goes above level 6 i would tend to slpit the movie to two seperate discs.
