dvdx platinum ?

    i got a new comp at home and installed my dvdx platinum program.it works fine in this computer but doesnt back up my dvds in the new computer???
    is it a windows xp service pack2 problem?
    or is it cuz when you load it into another comp it automatically updates so you cant back up your movies?

    any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Maybe it no loger will remove the copy protection on your newer movies. Especially since it is a year and a half out of date and will no longer be updated.

    shouldnt it work the same as the copy i have in this computer?

    I tried my hand at Xcopy and found that I like DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink much more. Plus they're free...
