I heard that 321 studios got sued for they DVDxCopy Product i went to get a download and read that the Decryption part of the software has been removed dont u think that makes it kind of worthless? im looking for a software that can burn and make games playable without modchips which one of the famous burning softwares does this?

No, the 321 software isn't worthless. It is just in the same category as a lot of other transcoding software programs (it needs an external ripper). There are a number of decrypters on the market and free that will work with 321 software. Intervideo, which currently makes one of the better DVD software recording programs, needs a ripper program as well.

In my experience, different programs are better for games and movies. For game backups, I would suggest Alcohol 120% at Alcohol Soft. For movie backups, check out the DVDCopy2 at InterVideo. (These are personal favorites.)

You might want to check the forum for video games.

The protection on console games is far superior to that of any DVD movie.
Backing up games so that they can be played without modchipping a console has been a goal of many for years. Sadly no one has been able to achieve this. :(
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
