DVDXcopy Platinum series

    I had to do a distructive system restore and now have a problem reactivating my DVDXcopy Platinum series program . How do I resolve this?

    I had the same problem there mitts. Follow the link thelox put up and be sure to have your LicenseID and Password that came with the packaging. If you have those, you can click the link that lets you submit a ticket saying your records were found. Once you do, they get back to you within 24 hours. I got a message back saying they gave me 3 more activations and after asking them what happens if I have to reformat my drive again and again, the Rep told me to just send them another email and they will give you more for as long as you are using the software. Great stuff and easy to do.

    I am having the same problem as rmitts. Had to reformat computer and lost my ability to register DVDXcopy platinum again. Thanks for your time and any available help.

    Just follow the link that thelox put up there and stick to the instructions, you'll be fine. Its what I had to do.

    sorry.. i've tried that stuff before.. when i was on pc.. i got much better results of dvd shrink, dvd decrypter and others..

    now i'm on mac.. but i have friends on pc that wont use that stuff..

    No need to apologize :) We all have our favorite programs we like to use... I've used DVD Shrink and Nero to do movies and tv before. They all work fine. Some folks just prefer a more "one click wonder" style program... I know I do sometimes :)

    I just want to say thank you for helping me solve my reactivation problem! You guys are truley dedicated to helping people solve problems. My DVDXcopy Platinum is up and running just as good as the day I first purchased it. Thanks again!
