I just bought dvdxcopy platinum and it will go through step one and read the dvd that I am trying to copy but when step two comes up it prompts me to insert a blank disc, I do, but it just sits there with the start button greyed out and it won't recognize the blank dvd in my burner -can anyone help me - I would surely appreciate it-so would my desk that keeps getting pounded on.
