I am having a problem with step 2 writing disk. About 10/15 minutes into this step, the disk is ejected with the notification "error writing disk". In back of this note I could see the usual notation "finalizing please wait" although the writing process is only about 15 minutes. I have made many copies before this problem came up. Please offer suggestions and many thanks. Dennisd
