@missy, i used dvdxcopy express until i found this site. using shrink and decrypter are so much better, you can control more aspects and get perfect quality. Honeslty scrap the xcopy--i did and so should u. trust me youll be happier with the FREE programs from AD. in the end its your choice, but i had a hard time gettin rid of my xcopy as well, but had so many probs with it, just got tired of even tryin lol
