Dvi pc conection problems help!!

    hi im conecting my 19" getway monitor to my computer via dvi its ok at the beginig but then when i turn off the monitor a turn it on agian is sais no signal and the monitor goes into stanby im using a ati radeon 9500 pro the dvi out instead of the vga plis any clue do i have to configure something or o dont know

    im using windows xp pro and the default microsoft drivers i think maby are the driver the problem ?

    Ya, sounds like it might be a driver issue but, I'm sure you did this already. In the video settings, is the option set to display on your gateway monitor? Did you just recently change out your video card?

    in my monitor there is a way to select the imput u want to use it is the dvi or vga in the monitor vga input is canected my xbox an di n the dvi input is the computer an i change betwen them with this monitor button but when im just on the computer that happens about the stanby
