using the vsodivx to dvd software supplied in this forum i get about a 1/4 of the way through converting when i get two errors. Firstly a red cross error that says OUT OF SYSTEM RESOURCE then ACCESS VIOLATION AT ADDRESS OOE83ED IN MODULE 'AVCODEC.DII WRITE OF ADDRESS 0000000F Anybody got any ideas ?????
what are you doing apart from encoding as that means that you dont have enough system resources available to complete the tasks at hand. what are your pc stats
Im having the same problem... Im running limewire while also using divxtodvd... Access violation at address 00E83ED4 in module ‘avcodec.dll’. Write of address 0000000F I'll try uninstall and install, and only running divxtodvd... my system specs are: notebook Celeron 2.5g 240 ram
you cant be doing anything else while you are encoding unless of course you have a shit load of ram.I am running 1024 of DDR and even then its a little bit of a stretch on the resources. Programs like limewire /emule etc require 100% of your system resources for it to function to its maximum potential.I think you will find that if you try to re encode when you are off the net and just letting the process be you will find that you will accomplish your tasks and not encounter the access violation error. Other ones to look out for is if you are using nero while surfing the net, nero wont burn at 4x but will re distribute the load to accomodate you so the burn may only be 1x.Equalising the resources is better than killing your computer
