I went to update my firmware and i open the player up before the updating finished and now the cd is stuck in the dvd player and it wont turn on at all. Is there a way to fix this or mabey send it in to philips i beleive there is a warrenty. Thanks
your player is fried your best bet is to return it where you got it ( hopefully it is within their return policy ) and say it is defective.
