I was wondering if anybody knew how to transfer my saved dvr programs from my cable box to my computer to burn to disc
what kind of pvr do you have? if it's something simple and without much protection crap, you could probably just pull the hard drive, stick in your pc, and do all your normal editing and burning. if it's something overly complicated, you might just have to plug it up to a tv tuner card and re-record the shows onto your computer. i'm sure there's lots between this, but i don't have much experience with pvr's. i just built a computer for the purpose.
