Where can I replace the factory earbuds with new factory earbuds? I've looked all over apple.com, amazon.com, and ebay.com.
I actually can't find them either. But i know if you say your headphones are broken, they'll send you a new pair, if the old pair is broken under warranty the new headphones are free, if they arn't then they just charge your account. I'm not sure where to request this on the Apple website. I would highly recommend looking into spending a couple more dollars [40-50 range] and get some real quality headphones. But its up to you.
I have tryed 15 aftermarket earbuds. They all didn't fit my ears. I found where to request replacement earbuds, but I don't have a credit card. I'm 15. and my parents don't use credit cards either.
That is certaintly a predicament. How else did you intend to buy earbuds off of the internet? I'm unsure if Apple Stores offer earbud replacements but it could be worth checking out if you have a store nearby.
I didn't really intend on buying off the internet. But what stores(walmart, kmart, shopko, target, best buy, curcuit city, or a apple store) sell replacements.
You can get a New pair of headphones from any Apple store if your iPod is still under warrenty. ~Domreis
