Well, my first advice would be to listen to your wife, and see if you're able to do what she wants, and make her happy. Then, if it's nagging about things you can't do anything, like saying you're fat, or balding, or have stupid clothes, or some other problem that's not easily solved, you should calmly talk to her and tell her that she's making you feel bad, and that nagging's not going to help.

That said, there are plenty of mouse-only games, or almost mouse-only games. Most RTS games fall into that category, such as Black and White, Age of Wonders, Age of Empires, Age of Mythology, and anything from the Civilization or Command and Conquer serieses (or whatever the plural of "series" is). Most are almost all mouse-only, except for some grouping or bookmark keys you can use if you wish. In fact, Age of Mythology has a changeable difficulty level for every mission, so if something's too easy or too hard, you can change it right there rather than having to restart the game.

Anyway, there are plenty of games that don't need you to memorize a whole bunch of keys (most 1st person games do), but it seems more a problem of relationships than concentration to me ;-).
