Easiest and Best 3D program?

    I am looking for an easy to use (Maya was too confusing for me) yet has very good graphics. I am looking to render a character model in the future. Noob Tutorials gladly appreciated too. Is Blender any good? Thanks.

    I tried Blender as my first 3D program and was a bit overwhelmed. But you cant beat the price (free) and it was new to me im sure i would have gotten the hang of the program.
