I have an interesting problem, i want to hook up my ps2 thats located on the other side of my room to my pc which has a tuner card, but i dont want to run a bunch of wires across my floor and having it look bad.

The reason im doing the is, have the signal split to my tv and my pc at the same time, it worked fine until i had to move my desk across the room.

In other words, i want to be able to use my ps2 on my bigscreen, and be able to use it on my pc whenever my parents wish to use the bigscreen, without having to run wires across the room or having to constantly unplug and plug in my ps2.

Run wires around the room, split the lines near the TV connection so that it runs to both, the video signals will be overterminated unless your tv or tuner can turn termination off, so you will need to correct for this on the display (or ignore it like everyone else).
