Once I was done ripping and encoding a dvd I would use the Video CD creator portion of Easy CD Creator 5 to burn my VCD. It would take the .mpg and burn/convert to VCD. In other words, it took my .mpg file and created 6 separate folders on a VCD (CDDA, CDI, KAROKE, MPEGAV, SEGMENT and VCD)with the appropriate information to play on a vcd compliant dvd player. With version 6, you can create movies and import .mpg files, however, I can't seem to find a way for it to create my vcd's like I used to. It will allow you to choose vcd as your medium, but then invariably the .mpg files are too big (never a problem with 5) Bascially, my question is, did Roxio do away with the Video CD creator portion?

I would use neither, use a proper encoder then use VCDEasy to burn for best results!!
