so I got my easycap last week, i got the wii playing on it, i think it is a little too blurry when i put it in full screen and play it, right now, im only using video composite for it, i want to ask if the video quality will be better if i use s-video? I don't care about the recording, im not trying to record video with the easycap, i just want to play the wii on it, so will s-video help?
My apologies. The Wii does output S-video, but IMHO the difference between S-Video and composite is negligible, and the difference between Composite/S-Video and Progressive is only marginal. You're running through a capture device, which isn't helping since it's doing a conversion. IMHO, the quality won't be appreciably better.

I originally thought this as well, but there are third party cable that have S-video out, like this one: http://www.opentip.com/Electronics-Computers/Ft-Svideo-Cable-For-Nintendo-Wii-p-933472.html
