I have a iso file of a bootable program that has the setup.exe corrupted. I would like to change it with another version of the same program. I opened the iso file with isobuster but I am not able to change the file I can just extract it. Is there a solution. I mean can I change the setup.exe in this iso file before to burn it in a cd. Please help me in this matter.

You can extract the image on your HD, mantaining the same directory strucure. Then you can replace the file in the 'backup copy' you made on your HD.
Then it comes to the difficult part: when you burn the corrected HD backup on the blank CD_R you should keep the SAME CD structure (byte by byte). If not, it will not work and the protection scheme will make the backup unreadable.
I cannot help you with this. I'm even not sure this can work. You should try with some CD-RW, so you will not waste blank CDs...

I am not That when I extract the files I can extract also the cd file system. I am using iso buster. Is it possible with it and How can I maintain the correct cd structure?

You might also want to check the utilities that can be downloaded here http://www.psxforum.com/utilities.php For instance, you might find useful the application BinWizard 3.0.

These utilties were born for PSX CDs, but I assume some of them might work (even for PSX you have to build-up images in 2352 bytes/sectors. The only difference is that you burn them in MODE2 format instead of standard MODE1 PC data format).
If you learn something new, please report feedbacks here. We all want to learn new stuff!

use isobuster to extract all the files to your harddisk then replace the exe file with the one you want then burn the lot to a cd as a data cd.

    Use WinISO.
You can edit many iso files such as .iso .bin .nrg with that program.
