When I click Input Files, RB Pro shows all the files in the box on the right. If I click on the + next to one of the files, it opens and I can double click to remove the audio or subtitles. How do I edit out complete sections I don't want? More importantly, how do I review the video before editing. With or without the file name being highlighted, I can not get the last tab (Preview/Edit) to open up the file. I am sure this is something simple, but I did not read much about editing in any of the guides. Most of them brush over it and say you will be able to do it. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    NB

Have you tried the Video Segment Viewer/Editor?

In order to use the Preview/Edit tab, you have to send the video files through the "prepare" phase of rebuilder. The easiest way to do this is to NOT use the 1-click mode. Then just "prepare" the files, and then open the Preview/Edit tab where you can then edit your video before the encoding and rebuilding phases. If you are looking to blank out entire sections, you may also want to look into VobBlanker. Hope this helps.

I believe I clicked on that and it would not work. I am at work now and can not check, but will definitely try it this evening. Thanks for the input.

That is just what I needed. One time, I had brought up the movie by accident. It must have been when I was not in 1 Click mode. Thanks very much.

After you edit, can you go back into 1 click mode. I need to let it finish on its own as I only do this late at night.

    Thanks,
