Edit VOB and Audio

    Guess a newbie stupid question.
    Is there software out there that can take out VOB in a DVD movie? I have run across some that will do MPEG, but not VOB.
    I screwed up a DVD and did about 10 seconds of the same scene and need to get rid of it. I was even looking to make it MPEG and then back to VOB since I have software that will do MPEG.

    i use vcd gear, to go from mpeg to vob and i believe you can use it to do vob to mpeg, www.vcdgear.com

    What software do you use? There are a few out there that convert one way not both........... Thanks once Again
