    Hi Folks

I'm hoping someone can recommend the right software for me as I'm having no luck finding it.

I always use WinAVI to encode video files into DVD Format and can burn them no problem in fantastic quality. Sometimes, the occasion arises where I need to create a menu as there are various videos to choose from. I would always use Ulead DVD Movie Factory 4.0 as I could import the DVD Files (As a Video_TS) source folder and simply edit them super easy. However, sometimes the program is unable to import certain projects for no real reason which is rather frustrating as it's a fantastic DVD Authoring Program.

The speed and compression of WinAvi is immense and I can't avoid encoding my files with it, it's perfect.

My question is can someone recommend a program that allows you to import Video_TS files like Ulead Movie Factory and make a menu for them as easily?

VOB's cannot be imported into Pinnacle. The files have to be either AVI or MPEG. Once the compilation is complete you can create the VOB's to make the DVD.

Are you using winAVI to convert to VOB from AVI? I'm confused. You could always convert your VOB's to MPEG or AVI and import into a program such as Studio, make your movie to your own personal preferences then create the DVD as VOB with all of your personalizations.
