I am quite familiar with backing up dvds onto dvd5 discs from dvd9.... usually i end up chopping off most of the stuff and burn the main movie only and avoid any compression. I dont mind having no extras on the disc, but I am a little bit bothered by putting in the disc and the movie starting right away. I'd like to atleast have the title menu where I choose "play" before the movie starts. I am not sure exactly hot to do this, or even if it is possible. I was thinking that if I keep the title menu, nothing will work except the "play" button, since there are no chapters or scene selection. That is OK with me. Is there a way to remove all buttons except for "play"? that would be even better, but for now I just want to know if there even is a way to reauthor a dvd9 keeping the main movie only, while retaining the title menu in any form.
