Hey all, Does anyone know what software I might use to convert my DVD's into MPEG or WMV. I tried Total Movie Converter, but all that happened was it burned the ISO image completely. It got hung at the main menu waiting for me to select a scene, etc. I just want the 'meat' of the movie for use on my PC in either WMV or MPEG format. Anyone have any ideas? Thx
I believe the type of program you are looking for would be something like intervideo DVD Copy (http://www.intervideo.com/jsp/InterVideoDVDCopy_Profile.jsp) You put your movie in and select what video format you want the finished files to be and let it do its thing. At the site its listed as doing WMV and MPEG. I believe that it cant handle encrypted discs so a program such as anyDVD or DVD43Free should do the trick.
