I have DVDRemake which is very good but I need to be able to edit the menu images. On some of my backups the menus have multi language or subtitle selections which with DVDRemake I can hide the buttons so they cannot be selected etc.. and with DVDRemake I can export the menu image as a bitmap where I can edit out the parts of the image, such as text but am I doing something wrong or do I need a separate piece of software to then improt that edited bitmap back to the DVD structure.

OK tried your step by step guide and all worked fine, editing bitmap and then importing back to dvd but then the problems started, I tried it on a few different movies and had the same result. After exporting the dvd and trying to play it, it would play on windvd but with no menu, it would load into clonedvd but preview would say a navigation error, so I then loaded the newly edited dvd back into remake and received error messages in the menu section with words to the effect:- reference to button 0 but only 4 buttons on frame. or something like that, Please help
