I bought the movie "Sin City." I thought it was okay, but could have been much better if certain scenes were cut out and some were rearranged.

I was wondering if there was a way to put the movie on my hard drive (using a ripper or whatever), then edit each scene?

Does anyone know if this can be done, and, if so, what to use?

    THANKS!!!!!!!!

    Several steps:
    1. Using DVDDecrypter, demux your DVD vob files to video & audio stream files (m2v & ac3).
    2. Load these files onto Cuttermaran to cut the scenes you want to delete or rearrange. Cuttermaran settings let you to remux video and audio cuts into a single mpg file or an mpg file for each cut you made.
    3. Now, using your favourite DVD authoring tool, you can rebuild your DVD.
    4. Note: This procedure DOES NOT keep the original menus.

I hope it will help you.
    Regards,
    José
