Using Nero 6.6 and Nero Vision Express 3 with Win XP Home SP2
    ...........................
I have a movie comprising some VOB files and all the attendant files. I want to edit out some of the content of each of the VOB files and create a new DVD with the remainder.

Let's see if I have this correct ...

    1. Edit the VOB using Vision Express
    2. Export the result to an MPEG-2 file
    3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each VOB file
    4. Choose Make DVD-Video in Vision Express
    5. Repeatedly choose Add Video Files until all the MPEG-2 files are imported
    6. Burn

    My questions:
    A. Is this the best procedure?
    B. Will the result be a video with the same quality and size as the original?

    Thanks

    Thanks ...

By "Edit the VOB...", I mean select some scenes from one VOB, some from another and even some from VOBs in other videos with the intent of compiliing them all into a new DVD.

you need a video editing program..... I don't do much of that so I couldn't tell you what program is best to use. try asking your question in the DVD Authoring forum instead of here ..... you'll get more of a response from members that know!
